1. Scope

The following General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed via our online shop. Our online shop is intended exclusively for consumers.

A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that predominantly are not attributable to their commercial or self-employed professional activity.
An entrepreneur is a natural or legal person or a legal partnership that, when entering into a legal transaction, acts in the exercise of their commercial or self-employed professional activity.


2. Contractual Partner, Conclusion of Contract, Correction Options

The purchase contract is concluded with Circle Of Desire.

By placing the products in our online shop, we make a binding offer to conclude a contract for these products. You may place our products into the shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before submitting your binding order by using the correction tools provided and explained in the order process.
The contract is concluded when you accept the offer for the goods in the shopping cart by clicking the order button.
Immediately after submitting the order, you will receive a confirmation by email.


3. Contract Language, Storage of Contract Text

The language(s) available for the conclusion of the contract: English

We store the contract text and send you the order details and our General Terms and Conditions in text form.
For security reasons, the contract text is no longer accessible via the internet.


4. Delivery Conditions

We currently ship to the following zones with the corresponding shipping rates:

Zone 1 – Germany

  • Orders up to €74.99: €4.99 shipping fee

  • Orders from €75 and above: Free shipping

Zone 2 – European Union

Countries: Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Czech Republic, Hungary, Cyprus

  • Orders up to €99.99: €7.99 shipping fee

  • Orders from €100 and above: Free shipping

Zone 3 – Europe (Non-EU)

Countries: United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, Serbia, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Albania, Montenegro, Bosnia and Herzegovina, North Macedonia, Andorra, Monaco, San Marino

  • Orders up to €149.99: €13.99 shipping fee

  • Orders from €150 and above: Free shipping

Zone 4 – USA

  • Orders up to $199.99: $20.00 shipping fee

  • Orders from $200 and above: Free shipping

 

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer.


5. Payment

The following payment methods are generally available in our shop:

Credit Card
During the order process, you enter your credit card details. Your card will be charged immediately after placing the order.

SEPA Direct Debit
By placing the order, you grant us a SEPA direct debit mandate. We will inform you of the date of the debit at least one banking day in advance (known as prenotification). A banking day is any working day, excluding Saturdays, nationwide public holidays, as well as December 24 and 31 of each year.
The account will be debited before the goods are dispatched.

PayPal
To pay the invoice amount via the payment service provider PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg (“PayPal”), you must be registered with PayPal, authenticate yourself with your login details, and confirm the payment instruction.
The payment transaction will be carried out by PayPal immediately after placing the order. Further instructions will be provided during the order process.

PayPal may offer additional payment methods to registered PayPal customers based on its own criteria. We have no influence over the offering of these methods; any additional payment options relate solely to your legal relationship with PayPal.

6. Warranty and Guarantees

Information on any additional guarantees that may apply and their exact terms can be found with the respective product and on specific information pages in the online shop.


7. Dispute Resolution

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR), which you can find here.
Important Notice: The ODR platform will be permanently discontinued on July 20, 2025. Submission of complaints via the ODR platform will already be discontinued on March 20, 2025.
We are neither obligated nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
